Santa Land....

Christmas morning at the Woods started at 630am. Not much different than when we were kids. I woke at 5am always and was told by my parents not until 6!! :) The presents under our tree this year looked so small compared to when I was a kid as well. I am convinced Mom and Dad must have indebted themselves for the rest of the year when we were kids. It doesn't appear Dalton got much but knowing that Santa, Gma and Gpa, Aunts and Uncles and all other extended family were buying as well, made our "Santa's" load a little lighter! :) Dalton got a AWESOME Red Ryder Big Wheel, with a big flag, rubber grips on the tires and chrome handlebars he looked so happy and BIG! He would grab a present from the tree then sit back on the bike to open it.
Yay! Guitar pics!
After opening presents at home we shoveled a path through the 10inches of snow that had fallen and warmed the truck up to head to my Mom and Dads for more presents, lunch and family time.

Grandma Underwood, Bubba's great grandma's doggie Maggie was a big hit with the kids.
Grandma and Pampa's House with a White Christmas! Dear Santa, I just asked for a light dusting throughout Christmas day, not 10inches the prior night. Next time I will make it more clear I suppose.

Lacey Gayle and her cuteness
Me and Ash (mind you she had surgery two days prior, quite the trooper)
Aunt TT and Sissy
Great-Grandma and the girls!
this pic is irrelevant, but I forgot to get a picture of it earlier. I made this frame for my Dad for his Bday!
Sissy and Maggie (sissy says "cog")

Nap time
Mom and Dad gave us big kids 100.00 gift cards to The Legends shopping center
Dalton's new favorite backpack from Aunt Ash and Uncle Ian
Handy Manny the motorcycle! Dalton is always Mr. Fix it!!!
Mommy and Bubba...of course he is not cooperating.
Bubba playing on his new "pooter" to stinking cute. Even Daddy approved as it kept him busy awhile as well.
Us women were entered into a drawing and my Uncle David drew my name in which meant.....that I scored Grandmas handmade blankey!!! Wahhooo highlight of my day!
My cousin Dylan and Dalton cracking up at each other......
Mom and Bubba as we set down as a family to play Mexican Train Domino's
The Crew!
We had an amazing lunch mainly prepared by my Mom...we shared presents, laughter and hugs. Ian shoveled, shoveled and shoveled some more so that people could find the stairs to Moms and Dads front door. It wasn't snowing that hard but the wind caused the snow to drift making it twice as reckless. Dalton Lee did really well having no nap and staying out from 930am to about 830pm. He crashed in the car as soon as we turned off Mom and Dads street to head home. Aunt Jill and Uncle Kevin surprised everyone with unique gifts as well. Russ and I got Starbucks cards while others received alcohol...totally right on! Bubba got a truck!! Yeah for the jolly time. Kind of sad that its all sort of over! I am sure not ready to take my tree(s) down :(
