We love you Aunt Sister, Uncle Ryan, Stacia, Stix(dog), Papa Roo(dog), and Johnny Boy(cat)! Funny story: Sis put Stix up when we got there because well he is an over sized Doberman which by the way is just a super sweet lapdog unless your at eye level with him like Dalton is. So we put him up and after all that who goes and attacks Dalton instead??? Johnny Boy the darn CAT! :) LOL
She said, "I love you to the moon." He said, "I love you to the sun, because it's hotter." (she laughed) Together, they are living happily ever after.

Bubby's Artistic Side....I Think ;)
Yet another...WACKY WEDNESDAY
This little man never fails me on the opportunity for good laughter! Little tough guy? Right!!! Yes, his shirt is on backwards, we have discussed this in previous post's. If he thinks its cool well then so be it! Mommy thinks it's cool then too!
However those are Mommy's glitter, heart slipper boots that he thinks is hilarious to walk around in and of course I am not helping matters laughing and snapping pictures as he does it. I make a great audience for his humor.
Bubby I think the pin striping and boots look way better than last weeks WACKY WEDNESDAY posting. Hint (Drag Queen/Joe Dirt)
Happy WACKY WEDNESDAY FRIENDS!
Ughhhhh Is Today Over Yet?
I'm not one to typically be in the dumps as far as my mood goes but today I think I am just that...DUMPY/FRUMPY or is it GRUMPY? I feel fat today. You know those days when you just don't feel pretty. I'm even wearing my great Angel Jeans and cute shirt but it's still not working. I want nothing more than to be at home doing laundry and cleaning house. I know wierd right?! Then maybe even be able to get some one on one time with the hubby. speaking of needing hubby..I made him(actually didn't have to really make him) watch The Bachelor ,Women Tell All episode last night (I had previously recorded it) I know he liked it cause I hit pause to put Bubba in bed and he sighed! LOL!
Which brings me to a funny story: Dalton is just getting to darn big! I tell him it's bedtime and he will take his shoes to the bucket by the door and go get some jammie pants on. Regardless if they are backwards or inside out I let him where them however because he was a big boy by just doing it by himself. :) So after getting his pants on last night he runs into his room. I sit still watching The Bachelor and slowly head his way. I then find my 3 year old in bed, lights off and covers all pulled up. He says "I'm a good boy Mommy" I say "Yes, you are" then he says "I make you happy" I say "Yes, you do"... Ok really the conversation went on way longer but I am not gonna quote and unquote every sentence. :) This morning we were heading to Ashley's house and he starts singing his 7 days of the week song. At the end I say "Good Job Bubba" and in his little boy voice he replies "Thank you" too sweet! Point is he amazes me a little more everyday.
Back to grumpy/frumpy or dumpy. Des and I went and got pedi's on Sunday and it never fails I result with an issue. I swear sometimes those nail techs have no idea what they are doing. I have had surgery on both big toes from ingrown toenails mind you so I know pain. Problem is they do this funky thing when they go down the sides of your toenail and cut nail or skin..not sure exactly but it never fails two day later I have infection. Ok, now I am super growling! I need a date night or date weekend with Russell!!! SOS: I need TLC

Team Umizoomi
The BEST NEW Preschool show on TV right now. Mother tested, kid approved! Dalton totally loves this show. Its on Nickelodeon which I typically despise. However this, this is also my new favorite. Dalton told me last night..."Mommy is Melli, Daddy is Bot and I am Geo" I said what about brother Austin? He said "He can be Bot when Daddy is sleeping." Too cute right. I suggest setting your DVR to record. They don't at this point overplay this show like Dora and Diego. It's too new I suppose! Check them out.
This is copied from the website for Nick Jr.
After the premiere on Jan. 25th, Nickelodeon will air two weeks of brand-new episodes from Tuesday, Jan. 26 through Thursday, Jan. 28; and Monday Feb. 1 through Thursday Feb. 4 at 11:30 a.m. (ET/PT). Catching Up
Where do I start? I think this picture was taken Wednesday night. Dalton was playing on his car road rug. Super cool because its so big! He kept saying he was going to Judd's shop to get some new tires. Judd is Daddy's friend and here lately Judd and Russ have been bonding :)
He is such a boy when he makes all of the trucks growls and motor sounds! I love it :)
This is a random shot I know, but I wanted to get a good picture of exactly what Bubba's toes look like. We are gonna see a pediatric foot Dr. soon. It's on my list! He was born with the same toe on each foot slightly hooked behind the other (wierd right) and at that time his Dr. told me once he walks it will be fine, they would flatten out...WELL...as you can see, NOT so fine. The bones have actually hooked more solid to the point where I can't pull that middle toe forward anymore. I also think the others have a slight curl under look to them. It actually looks like I have been stuffing his feet into Chinese people shoes. Not the case. He is a size 9 WIDE!
Wednesday night at MIDNIGHT the stomach flu dropped in on our house. Spreading disaster and hate in ONLY Dalton's room. We had the pukes and the fever! So not fun trying to explain to a toddler that it's okay to puke in a bucket. :( My heart broke most of the night as I laid beside him on the floor by the couch. Russ left for work at 1am and so there I was on Mommy Puke Duty or as I call it MPD! Good thing is that it's only a 7 hours bug! No puke since 3am and no fever since 5pm on Thursday not to mention tons of energy. So to daycare Friday he went and trust me he had already had all the Mommy time he needed!
So of course I grabbed coffee and headed to my Sissy's. Took what I think are some pretty darn cute pictures with my girls!
Jordyn and Sissy are getting so big. Jojo goes to preschool on Friday's leaving Ash, Sissy and I to rack up our debit cards at Target!
Me 35 pounds down! I do LOVE myself even more right now. Gotta admit that!

WACKY WEDNESDAY
Dalton seriously counts down the days until Aunt Ashy's house on Wednesdays. I have often wondered why? I mean I know he loves her and his cousins and all the fun they have but really I seriously was starting to question myself...Now! I understand. (LAUGHING) This morning Ash had surprised me and Bubba with this new sweatshirt zip hoodie jacket. Totally going to sport this at the ball fields this coming season. I even got online and found a "Bubba's Mom" T-shirt and a bumper sticker! Too cute :)
This on the other hand was quite alarming!! Russ's exact words when I sent him a picture test were "No More Aunt Ashley's House" We were cracking up. Jordyn said "Look Mommy it's Cinderella" right at that moment Bubba said "Cheese" and Ashley snapped the picture that will forever haunt him!
NOW I understand Wednesdays. Ashley's house bring the whole NEW meaning to WACKY Wednesday! Love you Sissy!

Valentine's Date/Mom's B-Day/Bard Visit
Saturday we got up attempted shopping...until Judd called and requested Russ's assistance at the shop to help drop two gas tanks which took almost 4 hours. Therefore making us late to my Moms birthday dinner. All the family was there and it was a good but short visit. Everybody was already into about 2 hours of partying if ya know what I mean. So fun, sweet, good food and then we headed home and were all in bed at 730ish.
Sunday we woke around 7 headed for coffee and a few items from Walmart. Then we went and tried out every elliptical known to man. Dicks Sporting Goods (twice), Sears, Kmart(twice), Walmart....everything but Nebraska Furniture Mart and well I would need Valium to just go in that place on any Fri-Sun.
Tonight we reunited with the Bards. Amberly and I have always had some differences but our families used to be so strong and close. Plus the kids have always got along great. Amberly just happened to email me on Thursday and our apologies began from there. The past...well is exactly that, THE PAST and now it's a new day. So here is to rekindling a friendship. Amberly walked in and we hugged so tight, then of couse spider monkey Jeff jumped on Russ's lap. LOL..and the kids picked up right where they left off.
After they left I made an amazing chicken and rice dinner, worked out, showered and finally got a chance to sit here and blog.
If you can't tell how busy my weekend was, then realize that there are only 2 pictures on this post and that should put things into perspective for you.
Tomorrow is weigh in...Good Luck to me and Hubby

Warm Heart and A New Heart
Tonight Bubby and I sat down and filled out his Valentine cards for his daycare party tomorrow. He was so choosy on which one to give to each kid. So we went through the list that Gabby provided and checked them off one by one. He is a heartbreaker in training for sure!
Even found his own name on the list, which meant that he totally got one too.
Last night I asked Dalton to get his jammies on. Without me knowing he came out dressed and he had done this all by himself. He did so great! Well.....then there was tonight. See, when he took his jammies off this morning they were then inside out. So he runs in his room tonight, states he is going to dress himself like lastnight so I stay out and let him...This is what I get for doing so
I don't see anything wrong with this picture do you? Do you think I switched them back? NOPE! He didn't care and neither did I. We both just laughed! Trust me he is asleep in his bed dressed exactly as the pictures show. TRUE STORY
While Dalton and I sat down to fill out the cards. Russ said he was gonna run to Sears and asked if I wanted to go. I passed as I was about to enjoy some good mommy/son time. Well I must admit I was *shocked* when Russ brought this home for me. By the way if you don't know me by now HEARTS are my most favorite thing ever. I have two other heart necklaces (funny story) and a heart tattoo. I am so in LOVE with Russ! He figured I would want to show it off so he gave it to me early. Does he know me or what??!!!

Why I Have Good Days
I got this email from my friend DESSY this morning and I think that its the best post comment ever! SO REAL!
I have just finished catching up with your blog. Goosh I am sorry I have been so busy. I have a little free moment and jumped on to catch up.
I have been a Negative Nancy with my car and I totally think I forgot to tell you how great you look. I think you are beautiful and I am envious of you at any size but I know you are working hard to make yourself happy with your image and it DEFINITELY shows. I think the purple is amazing on you! You have always presented yourself with love, grace and confidence. I think your use of color is an example of how your confidence is matching the outside more and more with the inside. Keep up the good work and you should be very proud of yourself
If you aren’t too busy tonight I would love to get together. I know your schedule with family and fitness is crazy right now so if tonight now good I understand and it doesn’t have to be coffee I know you are trying to cut down but I would really like some “T” time if you are available.

Totally Cute
My Little Tough Guy, Dalton Lee
When Dalton walked in the house today from daycare, My face lit up as I noticed his haircut. Jess, Gabby's hubby cuts his hair. Nothing like a one stop shop. Daycare/Barber! :) He got a marine like haircut and boy did he and the shirt just pull it together for TOTAL CUTENESS.
Yes,I took a picture of myself. I was feeling super cute and pretty with my eyelashes all curled up :) I know total geek right? Oh well!
Terrific Tuesday?
(Negativity Warning)Anyone else enjoying this windchill? I have to admit that as much as I say I would want warmer weather. I love KC! I love getting to experience all 4 seasons. Regardless of how long they last each one has beauty to it. I will most likely enjoy that heat once I am thinner but right now overweight(not FAT) and Hot(temp wise) just aren't a great combination for me personally.
However, I am picky when it comes to cold. I like the heavy wet snow that falls and hit the ground to melt or maybe even just leaving a inch on the ground and the air stays still. I despise this wind that burns your fingers and freezes your toes in your rubber galoshes. ;0)
(Positive Warning)
I do happen to be having a Terrific Tuesday. Russ and I have been stationary biking (cardio) for the last two nights. (Monday morning my booty was so bruised. I whined until I was satisfied. Then I went home last night put a pillow on the bike seat and did another 6 miles, Yes I am aware that I Rock!) I bike for 20 minutes or until I hit 6 miles and then Russ is usually standing by to jump on and take over for another 20 minutes or 6 miles, mind you switching from my sitcoms to ESPN. While he does his workout I unload the dishwasher or do the dishes from dinner and try and talk to him while he works out. I love the fact that we are a team in this. He is down almost 8 pounds and I could not be more proud of him. I know he will be so happy with his results.
My Shape Up shoes by Sketcher are by far the best investment I have ever made. They do really work. If they would do something for me in my sleep I would wear them to bed. I am serious when I say they DO improve your posture and my abdominal muscles ache when I lay down at night from walking in them all day. Its not hard so its really fun.
I was so thrilled when my sister-in-love noticed my weight loss this past Sunday. It will be those moments/comments that keep me going. Sorry, I am a needy person, its me and its how I have always been. Feedback is key to my success! So is slipping on smaller pants. :)
When the weather gets nicer I would love to put a weekly team together to participate in something active whether it be a game of Frisbee Golf at SM Park, or a stroll around a neighborhood. When its really hot, a swim/dive into the pool! My goal is just to keep moving! I plan to shut off cable this summer!! We will survive with just the activities that take place in my driveway with Dalton, Austin and the neighborhood kids. Bikes, trucks, cars, and games of baseball are sure to keep our family active. So excited to just maybe wear a pair of shorts! Maybe?!!!
Alright wrapping this up. Sometimes with journeys we need a partner, a team mate, a sponsor. We need to be held accountable in all we do or we feel alone and most likely will fail. If you fall, you need a hand to pick you back up. So what if you have a bad week, it doesn't mean you can't reach out. Life is too short to be unhappy. The good will always out weigh the bad!
Good Day my friends Good Day
PS: Ally moves home from Wichita on February 17th and my heart could not be fuller.

To You..
Thank you to all of my friends that are "REAL". You are very rare and very precious to me. I may not see you in person everyday, every week or even once a year. Maybe you live out of state, or just down the street and maybe I just read your blog. However you do things that complete me in a sense. You make life interesting by sharing your heart and laughter. There is a group of great people in my life and I am THANKFUL for any moment I get with you.
We have snow again here in KC. Its a beautiful snow, even if the hubby disagrees. Its that wet snow that just wipes off your windshield. Its falling pretty and fast! I caught myself acting like a kid sticking my tongue out walking across the Target parking lot trying to catch a flake because they are huge (warmheart) I got to spend time with my Sissy this morning. My Sister Wood and niece Stacia Lee might be coming in town tonight. I am searching for another DIY project to complete while we stay indoors this weekend. Also trying to think of something fun and girly if Stacia does come in town. We have tentative games and dinner planned with Jazz and Jason, Nichole and AJ. All plans are being played by ear.
I typically don't step on the scale during the week but as I mentioned sliding into those size 16 pants earlier this week I just had to peek before weigh in on Monday. Another pound down! Believe it! Russ mentioned my "tiny"waist the other night and boy did I like hearing that :) My goal is 36/24/36 I am super proud of myself. Even showed my sister my NEW tummy muscle this morning ;)
OK enough rambling. Enjoy your weekend friends.

In The Groove
Totally stoked that at I am 32 pounds down and still going. Still have quite a ways to go but might I add that sliding into my size 16 pants the other day coming from a size 20/22 was a really good feeling. Actually words cant define that moment!
Funny Random Thought: I always think its amazing when I can suck my tummy in and look somewhat thin(er), which means that I am not bloated or all fat feeling. Well this morning I discovered I don't have to suck in so far its just kind of getting there!! Then I discover a sort of, kind of NEW muscle. Maybe it was my imagination but it was a new crinkle/ripple thingy. One I have never seen before. It was AWESOME! :)
I went at lunch today and treated myself to NEW walking shoes to help get my weight off faster and protect my lower back in doing so(I totally did my research first). Its my Valentine from my Hubby!
So I just have one question: Who's coming with me?

The Urbandictionary.com definition of ME
1.) The unisex name Tracy \t-ra-cy\ is pronounced TRAY-see. It is of Irish Gaelic origin, one meaning is warlike. Another originating as a nickname for Theresa "late summer"
2.) A term referring to one who has many contradicting qualities, characteristics or traits usually in an EITHER/OR basis ie; Nice, cruel, Stubborn, Compliant, Sparkly, Dark, Social, isolated, Wishful, hopeless, innocent, sinful, naieve, cunning, proud, ashamed, determined, indifferent, generous, glutton, giving, selfish, trustworthy, dishonest, good, evil etc
3.) One who some would say posesses the cognitive, social, logical skills of a 5 year old-- think about this: 5 year olds are pretty much masters of all those areas and more so than adults the majority of the time!!!
Cheer up buttercup it wasn't your fault. Come out of the house, stand out in a crowd, Not like you knew that would happen you're the sweetest girl I know.... Oh! you did....well they deserved it and funny how they came to you for advice about what you had caused!! Pretty calculating and yet executed with integrity and class although somewhat evil it was flawless and very kind of you to offer a bandaid for the wound so to speak. That was a 10 point tracy girl!
Tracy is the girl of every guy's dream. She has a rocking body with a fine ass and a wonderful smile. She is the hybrid of a hot rockstar and a nerd. She has perfect skin and her smile lights up the world. Every day I see her, I feel like the luckiest guy in the world. She has everything and IS my everything. There's no one that can compare to her.

Have To Share Lyrics
Saw this song on the Grammy Awards Show and have always been a Dave Matthews Band fan. They are just that group that make you set back a little more in your chair, tap your foot and smile at the one beside you. This song..I would love to walk to on a beach with Russ. By the way I have NEVER seen the Ocean....
Wanna pack your bags, something small
Take what you need and we disappear
Without a trace we'll be gone, gone
The moon and the stars can follow the car
And then when we get to the ocean
We gonna take a boat to the end of the world
All the way to the end of the world
Oh, and when the kids are old enough
We gonna teach them to fly
You and me together, we could do anything, baby
You and me together yes, yes
You and i, we're not tied to the ground
Not falling but rising like rolling around
Eyes closed above the rooftops
Eyes closed, we're gonna spin through the stars
Our arms wide as the sky
We gonna ride the blue all the way to the end of the world
To the end of the world
Oh, and when the kids are old enough
We gonna teach them to fly
You and me together, we could do anything, baby
You and me together yes, yes
We can always look back at what we did
All these memories of you and me baby
But right now it's you and me forever girl
And you know we could do better than anything that we did
You know that you and me, we could do anything
You and me together, we could do anything, baby
You and me together yeah, yeah
To of us together, we could do anything, baby
You and me together yeah, yeah
To of us together yeah, yeah
To of us together, we could do anything, baby
?? to reach the end of the world
Wanna pack your bags, something small
Take what you need and we disappear

HAPPY Heart and Cupcake Month :)
"Happiness has different meanings for every person. Before you can learn how to be happy, you first need to define what happiness means to you and then you can seek it out."
Hey y'all (in my country/southern wanna be voice) Ever wondered how one person can be so happy all the time, or basically more happy then ever mad or sad? I do!
As my mother has titled me before I am the "back burner girl" or used to be anyway. I don't think she ever really stated it that way exactly but I got her point. I put things on the back burner until they got me in trouble or just disappeared, sometimes as many as five years had gone by and there shows up that darn thing I didn't want to deal with again, only with court documents this time (oops). I know everyone can relate to some extent! So I have talked a lot on here about my procrastination issues which is the same thing really.
"I am SO over it" as my girlfriends would say!
I now say I am gonna do something and by God you better get out of my way.
Not sure when this all became a big deal to me but I think it was one night when Russ went to bed and Dalton was totally asleep that I brainstormed. I dug deep inside my hurting heart at the time and just knew there had to be bigger things for me. So I wrote a list of things I WANT and things I NEED. I will tell you this, the WANT list is much longer *sigh* :) I don't NEED much of anything to be honest. I am thankful for these TOP FIVE things: (note: make these lists for yourself, it's amazing how they effect you)
#1 My Heart
#2 My Marriage
#3 My Family
#4 My Best Friend
#5 My Job
Because of these 5 things I have 10,000 other things to be grateful for. You know that list could go on for days and days.
OK point to my post here is this: I am not always "happy" at least not in the sense that we define it when talking to our friends. I am content. I am satisfied. I am whole hearted in everything I do and everyone I love and befriend. I was born with a giggle box, its my best trait, its contagious and that there is my greatest gift to share here on earth with you. I have met a few amazing people lately, by friends or by chance and they challenge me to be better, stronger, they find me to be valuable. That is Happiness to me!
Where/Who or What is your happy? Where does it come from? How do you obtain it? Where is it going to take you?
Happy: ADJECTIVE:
hap·pi·er, hap·pi·est
Characterized by good luck; fortunate.
Enjoying, showing, or marked by pleasure, satisfaction, or joy.
Being especially well-adapted; felicitous: a happy turn of phrase.
