My Husband Hates These

Seriously I am sure my husband would like to disown me but I tell ya I find myself pretty darn cute! He HATES when I take pics of myself! I am loosing wieght and inches for sure and I am actually in a junior top in this picture and proud of it! Loosing the boobs is the most exciting part of it all. Finally a cute bra selection. Candie and I are working out everynight and loving it. GO GO GO! By Thanksgiving I hope my family doesnt recognize me. Oh and by the way its my Friday...eat your hearts out!

A RECONNECTION

Look its a reconnection....AWWWWW who needs to hear about why we fell apart...?

Point is we are working our way back. It didn't take long either...we kind of just picked up right where we left off. This picture is from back when but I love it. she was at a very happy point in her life in this and i pretty much always have been so the picture to me says a lot about where our friendship stood. I am glad we had coffee Saturday morning and I am happy that things are looking up. GREAT Friends are far and few between so you better make the most of them!!!

My weight has plateaued a little but now I am ROCKIN IT OUT at the gym with Candie. We have a standing appt. at 6 or 630 3-4 nights a week. Watch out here I come. just goofing around thought I would snap a happy face shot for you all. Have a great SUNDAY FUNDAY! I know I have.

Daddy time....he doesn't get a ton of it but what he gets he loves. Its "daddyyyyyy" everything. What a clone he is as well. high hopes for him to be the all star ball player. Every parent wants there kid to go pro but we are those parents that NEED our Lil Bubba to go pro. We need a great retirement don't you know!?? He loves ball, and UFC and especially if Daddy is watching it.

My Mystery Boy

Brief Summary...this is my mystery child. He has had hives like this twice now 6 months apart. This last go around was the worst as far as size goes. The Dr's cant explain it and neither can we so we live and life goes on. This pic was taken a couple months ago. The date s not accurate on the picture but nothing since that time. I just wanted to share with everyone how horrifying this thing they call "hives" looks like

Just me!!

I'm relatively very laid back, but lately I have been wound for sound. I am in definite need of some TLC. I like Friday's because they give me a chance to really chill and to be honest sometimes I get quite bored! Today... not so boring...I went and got my hair kind of colored funky by Jazzy fresh at Uptown Image in Bonner Springs..(she might kill me)...I like it! Its kind of rockstarish...(is that a word? oh well it is now) I got to talk and reconnect with some old gal pals today and that was nice. I am actually having coffee with an old friend in the morning bright and early at 7am...I am excited we have tons to catch up on..I feel 50 years old! I need to paint my toes I think I will do that here in a few! my friend Candie(the picture less one) actually joined the gym so now we are workout buddies. Yeah! Maxim Magazine here we come! Well guess I should go pamper my toes now!! catch on the flip side

Its Sunday.....Funday!
Something about Sundays that make me happy. Obviously its the weather today. I have ALL windows open and fans running and I am in heaven...or at least I assume its this great. Probably greater. I just went to check on Bubba because he was abnormally quiet and I went out to the living room to find him chillin on the couch watching tv. He has been doing that a lot lately and its super cute he looks so grown up. He was also mimicking his dad today while they were talking to eachother. He was trying to stand like him and I was cracking up. He is honestly growing way to fast. It seems like just these past few weeks he has changed faster than the first year. He says things like "dink" for drink, all done or all gone, "dye" for bye, hi, Daddy, "omi" for mommy, and a bunch of other chinese. He is also following instruction very well.
Ok now that I rmbled on about little man enough I will get back to why sundays is great. Its the end of the weekend and I am ok with that because I love my job and am usually ready for monday. Russ is doing laundry and I love that:) I cleaned house and everything is FRESH. Russ also plays ball on Sunday nights now along with friday nights and some saturday tournaments. I dont mind though because I LOVE MY ALONE TIME!
My parents event for thier 30th last night was fabulous. not only did we have a private room at Makers Mark (KCPL District) but they added a private patio outdoors which was AWESOME! My parents really enjoyed themselves it was said to us over and over again.
Well back to relaxing I go.

ITS FINALLY FRIDAY!!!

Woo hoo it's Friday! I am at my sissy's house just hangin out. Woke up this morning with the itchy throat that I was getting yesterday afternoon yet a little worse. GRRR! I am excited for my parents anniversary dinner and fun tomm. night. 30 years can you believe it? Who does that these days? I cant think of very many couples that stick it out that long anymore. I hope to repeat the process.It is a process right? Dalton gets his picture taken today at 4pm. I am thrilled because for one he is in a good mood and second his outfit is SUPERCUTE. I hope they turn out well.

SISSY

Holy crud where do I start? How about the times when she had to lock her bedroom door cause I stole her clothes, perfume, jewelry etc. Fat chance if I could fit into her stuff now! trust me though when I go her house and use her restroom what do I do????? Yep, I squirt on perfume thats above the toilet in a cabinet. Ashley always had and has the good stuff. Though she may lack food in her cupboards unless you want FAT FREE peanut butter.....(ask Ian) I still love her. I am off on Fridays and we hang out EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. She is prego right now and about to pop with my 8th niece (not all from her duh?!)Lacey Gayle. I cant wait. Watch out world!! Having children has honestly bonded us together. Not sure what it is...maybe all the chinese and pizza we ate on her first maternity leave or the fact that now I can make her laugh until she pees her pants. I love her and no!! we dont have different dads...

Candie

This is my best friend Candies section. I have not one great picture that she would approve of. So here it is..she brings peace in my life whether its a piece of attitude, love or drama she definitely brings it!!! If you dont know her then your missing out. If you do then you cant imagine life without her right? She is solid and brave and HONEST and sometimes it hurts but she has and is making me a stronger woman all the time. Her husband (whom you CANNOT compare yours too) and her just had thier 1st child Cadence Lane and she is a PEACH! Time is going by so quickly and I am in a way missing the moments, with life always so busy! Candie is always around for a big laugh or to put someone in thier place who has done you wrong. Just ask Russell. By the way thats how we met. She loved him first!

Today August 14th

It's a better day for sure. My smile is on big and bright. Could be because it's my Friday or that I feel pretty either way I am having fun. Doc (my boss) is in a better mood as well, which always makes the office brighter. I feel healthy today!! Dalton on the other hand wow!! He woke up in one of his moods and it wasnt the good one. For anyone who has a child two or almost there you can relate. I had fun last night hanging out with my sister and Jennifer. Although I must say they are a handful both being prego at the same time and about to pop. Here I am on a health kick and they want pizza and DQ. So I tag along and what they want to do is walk from little ceasers pizza with the pizza box into DQ to order thier ice cream and I am like NO WAY!!! So Jen and Ash go into to get pizza and then after that Jen and I go into DQ only to see an boy holding a pizza box and in line for DQ, I about lost it. Maybe all I needed was a little sissy time. Tommorrow Bubba gets his picture taken PROFESSIONALLY...I will be sure and post.

Russ and I met on yahoo personals in 2003, never did I think that a blind date would go so well. Not to say we are perfect because were not, ok maybe a little. man we have hit bottom and climbed back up and let me tell you it feels good sitting on the top...He is my best friend and hopefully I can still say that in 50 years. i refuse to give up and we have bothe decided one will be a widow first by "accident" (lol) or human nature. I love him with all my heart. No!! He doesnt do much around the house or with the kids but what he does do is very appreciative. He is very active in softball and I am okay with that. Thats his out, his boy time. I personally think its thier chance to all be gay for the night. LMAO! I would rather it be that then the bars.

Little Bubba

I am not sure he even knows his true name. He is almost 2 years old. What a riot!! He is the true definition of the terrible twos and a cuddly baby boy. He will babble your ear off and i find it funny when my grandma asks "What did he say?" Like I understand him?!!! He is BUSY and keeps me on my toes. He is early to bed and early to rise just like I was and still am. He wants that worm dont ya know??

Ausman

This is my stepson Austin. He is going to be 8 Sept. 11th and was recently diagnosed Aspergers, ADHD and ODD. We have been through the ringer and its only an uphill battle from here. I am coping...I think ;) His mom and her girfriend recently moved into Shawnee so we will get a lot more time with him. He and bubba wear eachother out..ok well Austin wears Bubba out. LOL ...Below is a link in which I will also ad to my link section. I love this kid he is my buddy and my enemy at the same time. I have lots and lots...lets just say TONS to learn about him.

Weightloss Journey

Yeah its a journey alright...an uphill, sweaty, frustrating battle. Im in the YUCK phase!! Clothes dont fit right!!! Its a similar feeling to the teen years...YUCK. Come on grab your old yearbooks and relate with me...I am not loosing motivation I just wish I had a workout buddy, a better system thats all. Russ and I joined Gold's Gym and let me tell you how many times he has gone.....NONE? Good guess. I have come to realize you cant make someone do something, thats a whole other BLOG...cant wait for that venting session. Anywho I have lost 18lbs so far and still rockin and rollin...I have decided today that I am going to count calories I will let you know how that works...

Where to begin...

I am just starting this blog....oh the things I have to share with you. My family "The Woodsters" is quite an adventure. From day to day living and laughter and tears here we go...I cant wait to get started. I will be able to post pictures and stories from all my friends and family for everyone close to me to read.
