Might we have added another tradition? I think so! Today while we or shall I say Mom and Ashley baked all the holiday goodies Ryan and Dad strung the house in blue LED lights. I remember as a child we resembled to the Griswold's when it came to Christmas lights on the house. I remember not being able to use the blow dryer or the laundry dryer while the lights were on at night because you would 99% of the time blow a fuse. I remember Dad having to get up on the roof to replace ONE bulb that burned out and caused the whole strand to go out. (smile)
Mom and Dad's new house is gorgeous and even though I haven't seen it all lit up yet I am pretty positive it looks good.
