A friend of ours sister was diagnosed with a very rare abdominal cancer. She is married, has a little girl but she is also young, still in her 20's like me!! This is not fair by any means but God only gave this woman what she can handle and she might be the strongest woman I know. She is so far above and beyond strong in this case. Tonight they did a chili dinner, raffle, auction, and dance in Paola, KS to raise money as her medical bills are accumulating to over 300,000 all said and done for now. This rare cancer is not curable, she is headed to Houston, TX for her treatment. Only 200 cases per year if that. So long story short Candie, Me, Russ, Dalton and Royal all attended the benefit dinner tonight. We couldn't stay long with Bubba but of course I had to get in a few pictures!
