WDYTW


Obviously this isnt MY scale or I wouldnt be dieting! Meaning mine reads much higher! Its an image off of yahoo. Why is it that the scale in my bathroom is running and ruining my life right now!? It sets the mood for the day, the theme for my life! When did it come to this!?

  1. I learned something very handy when I did weight watchers... banish your scale to a far away place (like the garage or basement) and DON'T weigh yourselve every day. Wait until ONCE a week. There is no reason to weigh every day because you learn to be a slave to it. NOT WORTH it when you are wanting/needing motivation to go to the gym or continue eating right. Discouraging yourself first thing in the morning is no way to start your day. Instead be motivated all week long and then take out your scale for your ONE weigh in for the week and celebrate when you see the results. :)

  5. I agree with Ashley!! We should all get together and walk at night...when all are tucked in and husbands are home to watch over them!! Like a "walking Group" Trace!! LMAO!! :)
