This going to the gym thing and TRYING to eat healthy is for the birds! But.....I am doing it! Remember a goal was to be down 10lbs by the end of May. Watch the ticker on my blog and I will prove it. I aim for the gym 3-4 nights a week and sweat like a pig. I also have really cut back eating and eating crappy things yet not depriving myself. I still need to get a heavier foot when it comes to eating "time" and I am not hungry!!! My pants feel different and I feel like I cant take a pretty picture right now to save my life!!! Raaaawwwwrrrrr!!! (That was for you Des)
Going to the gym today after work. Then home for maybe just a shake or some fish and brown rice...(wink-wink, hint-hint honey).
