Change Week Two

Thats it I am throwing away my home scale!!!! I was stressed to the max when I stepped on my scale to get a sneak peek at my success for the week yesterday morning and it showed I had done nothing! Nothing!!! I cried to my Mom, whined to my friend and just explained how hard this is for me, it always has been!! I am determined this time, really determined! I journal EVERYTHING I eat and I have implemented exercise as well (about 3.5 miles this week) . Also been pushing my water so when it showed NOTHING...YES- I melted down! I really had it in my mind that if I gained it wouldn't be too bad of a gain and I would just slap it on my back and keep moving forward!
Step on scale-----DOWN .9 thats like almost a whole pound! I will take it. Week two is the hardest they say so hello week three!

  1. Congrats Tracy!! It is a struggle. A daily struggle. But just being aware of yourself, the food you eat and the exercise you're doing is making you healthier. No matter what the scale reads! You're on a long road with twists and turns and bumps in the road! Week two and three can be a bit challenging! But you have Candie by your side and you guys are gonna do this! =)

  2. Dang, I have slacked at being a great blog stalker because I could not figure out whose blog this was!! You better not give up!! You will lose the weight especially with better weather on the way. I know I will be reading future posts about you bragging about all your weight loss and showing all your skinny pictures. Yep, it's just a matter of time T-Wood :)
