I will be the first to admit that taking on a new challenge to improve my body physically and emotionally has always been a huge uphill battle for me. I fight with myself on a daily basis when it comes to food. God blessed me with ghetto fabulous curves and a very slow metabolism. LOL
Thank god for my great teeth and hair right? :)
After a great but overwhelming week of journaling and counting everything that went into my mouth I wieghed in last night at my first wieght watchers meeting. With a best friend in tow I stepped on the scale.........................to see
3.4lbs down!!!!!
I only hope to continue the journey to my dream goal. My biggest addiction/struggle as we all know is Starbucks coffee. Like I tell my friends thank goodness I don't smoke and drink alcohol as well or my lifestyle would be really expensive. LOL The original drink I was getting is 13 points on the WW system (holy crapper). Sometimes I would get one twice a day. I assume since it tasted like cake it was likely to have the calories of a piece, right?! :(
I did my research and have tried numerous exchanges until.............. I finally(sigh-gasp) found a favorite...venti nonfat caramel cappuccino for 3 points. Very exciting.
Here is to another great week of going healthy......

Great job Tracy!!! 3.4 is a great first week! You're off to a great start and it is a long road...lots of twists and turns and bumps along the way. But keep your end goal in sight! And stick with this:
