Step By Step

It's exactly the case today ladies and gents! I am very proud to tell you that I have lost another 2.3lbs with the weight watchers program. I did really good on my eating and tracking. That part, thank god is getting easier day by day and I am soooo glad :)
I started factoring in exercise about 2 weeks ago. Now that(exercise) is the hardest part--wow do I struggle there. Lets just admit it, I hate it and I suck at it! I do love--LOVE walking but the whole biking concept was a struggle. I peddled and peddled and peddled...first time was very difficult and involved tears and much needed support from my friends through texting, cause really I was sobbing, 4 minutes thats it, that's all I could take! NOW-- I think I have figured it out. I walk the neighborhood a mile or two with my little man(that seems to get my leg muscles warmed up and ready). Then I bike it out hardcore for 2 or 3 more miles! My goal was small but I met it....over the span of my first week I walked and biked TEN miles....and it totally showed this week in my results. It really should take me less than, but close to, a full year to hit my goal. I am OK with that because I am determined and more than ready this time!
A shout out to Anne my WW leader---I have always said the leader makes the meeting and this morning I got to my meeting early enough to have the chance to set there with Anne and chit chat. God love her, she is just phenomenal.
Here is to 15 miles this week---starting NOW! :)

  1. i am just the opposite... i love the exercise, but have a very hard time controlling what i put in my mouth! now, if i could just find the TIME for the exercise....
    you are doing great my friend.... keep it up!
