I'm closin up shop on my blog a little early! On August 13th, 2009. I have been blogging 1 year! Almost everyday! This has been my open bedside journal for all to view and my book to Dalton Lee Wood. Its a history book for him to read/have when he gets older. To see his old house(s), read about his crazy Mom and Dad, see all the times we loved on him, events that took place, things that he said, times he was sick, lord help us all. I want to acknowledge my friend I made through blogging. Shelly "Sheliza" she lives way out of state and I met her through here. I was new to this and she kept following and commenting and honestly she creeeped me out at first and then I discovered she was my twin. :) We now text and email each other and one day we will meet! I am going to be printing my blog off and I wanted this to be my final page. Calm down I am still blogging but my printed book stops here and I will just pick up where I left off for the next year!
Dalton's stats:
2.5 years old
35lbs...trust me he is thinning out
all teeth required at this age
speaks fluent sentences....or smart butt saying like
"whatever"
"I not talking to you"
"ooookkkkkaayyyy"
"Mommy, Daddy says be quiet to me" as he is getting in trouble
"Pampa"
Lawnmowers are tractors
Loves big trucks but not fire engines
EATS everything
Loves juice and can now tell if I put water in it, dang it!
says "I wub you"
Hates shoes
Hates socks
Wants to dress himself all the time, or pull up his pants on his own after a diaper change!
Holds a stick, or marker in his fingers like a cigarette, like daddy, pampa and most of our friends!
Loves baseball..says "I hit da ball"
Loves Phillip Cothren, Russ's friend, he is convinced he is always with him, not working!
Knows commands, like take this to the trash, or put your cup in the sink, dirty clothes in the laundry basket, pick up toys etc
Is still in a crib, still has a binky..because Mommy wants to hold on just a little longer. :(
Has been healthy or as good as he can be for 6 months
Loves his brother Austin
Attends Gabby Wyatt's Daycare and one day with Aunt Ashley
Loves outdoors....totally opposite of your brother buddy! :)
Hates water in his face, so sprinklers, or pool splashing is totally out!!
Loves Dora, we watch her on TV every night before bed!
Its been fun, its been great. First book complete! I promised a good time. I think I delivered!!!
Aww!! I have loved getting to know you all through your blog girl! I am sorry I came off as a stalker hahaha!! It's all good...just glad to have 'met' you. You are one of the funniest and silliest people and I can totally understand a lot of the feelings and craziness that has gone on over the past year. I just love that precious little Bubba and my best memories will be the "tree hut" and "Pampa" and all the love I have seen through this blog. Oh yeah, I liked all the haircuts tee hee! What an awesome thing to do for your son. ♥ Please take a photo of the completed book. I want to see how thick it is :)
