Happy Mother's Day

(a Son to a Mom)
God made a wonderful mother
A mother who never grows old
He made her smile of sunshine,
And her heart of pure gold,
In her cheeks he placed fair roses,
In her eyes, stars that shine
God made a wonderful mother,
And that wonderful mother is mine

Happy Mother's Day
My Mother's Day breakdown. I a not to big on a lot of details today so here is a breakdown in photos.
Last night Russ, Ian, Ryan and my Dad put on the dinner for us Moms. Shrimp and potatoes was the course with strawberry shortcake for desert.

My MMA/UFC son. Pampa got a punching bag and well..without instruction Dalton knew just what to do. Guess we will be getting one of these next!

Mom, was really crying during reading Ryan's Mother's Day card. Not a act at all...she was sobbing
Mother and Daughter chit chatting
The kids playing and playing...and playing

My Hubby. He did very well this Mother's Day. He loves me no doubt all year long and is always very appreciative but it nice to be extra thought of for just one day.
Me (a mom) relaxing by the fire at Mom and Dads house last night. It was a chilly 63 degrees. So a sweatshirt, flip flops and a drink called Lakewater was just what I needed.
My number 1 son
So this morning when I woke up to the sound of Dalton saying "Mommmmeeeeee" I went into get him. He jumped up, hugged and kissed me. I then go to the kitchen to get him his juice and to my surprise I thought Santa had came. I had a new knife block and set plus a wine bottle opener. I was shocked because A. Russ and bubby gave me my hummingbird feeder yesterday and I was 100% content with that. So to find extras like I said, I was shocked and it was things he KNEW I needed. We then went to get coffee and drive around. Here are some pictures of what we found.

An OLD tire swing in the middle of nowhere. A large open field where I assume a house stood at one time. I of course, had to get out and take pictures.

These next few pictures just melted my heart. We stumbled upon a deer laying in a field and when we took a closer look it appeared as though she had received the best Mother's Day gift ever. Babies!!! I tried like hell to get some good shots and well I just couldn't get close enough with my darn camera. Momma deer couldn't walk very well and was still cleaning them up when we saw her.

At first it appeared she only had one and then surprise there were two babies. Happy Mother's Day Bambi. :)

My Hummingbird feeder. I even made the Nectar all by myself.
Fresh flowers from somewhere on my property
"Happy Mother's Day Mommy"
The "Bistro" type table Julisa gave me for FREE. Just perfect for my kitchen.
The card Dalton made me at daycare. It's his hand print traced and cut out with the flowers. He is "handing" me flowers. Too cute right?
One of the things my Mom got me. It's perfect for me don't ya think?
All in All a Fab-U-Lous Mother's Day. If your a Mom, I hope you get to enjoy your day like I do.
