Over Half Way There....

Here are my stats: Almost a year ago I started out at 230 pounds! I am 5 foot 2 and that alone is considered Severely Obese! I am not sure when the actual motivation kicked in but once it did I have kept a steady roll with the punches attitude. It is very true that after 20pounds lost the weight just starts to slide off. I started out in a size 22 jeans. My mom said that in order to truly feel your weight you need to find a pair of jeans that truly fit, don't look at the number just find ones that fit. Well, sad but true in the beginning I fit into a size 22. It was horrible for my inner image! While at Bass Pro today I purchased a size 16. Yep, 40lbs down at 190lbs I bought a comfortable size 16 in jeans. I have purchased a smaller size each time. So I now own a 22, 20,18 and as of today a 16. I couldn't be more proud of myself. For goodness sake I could sleep in the jeans I am so happy.
I still have a lot of self image work to do. Taking compliments with a simple thank you and not saying something negative. Step by Step! This post is mainly for those of you who keep asking for the full body shot. This is as good as it gets for now ;).
Yeppers, my jeans are capri rolled and I do believe this mirror has a distortion glitch...J/K see....theres the denial on my part again. In all honestly I am totally HOTT.

I truly have to say that it has helped me in my journey to have you by my side....something about watching the scale go down "together" is much more fun! :) Keep up the awesome work! You will be to your goal in no time! And...go ahead and pack those other sizes up! Donate them bitches! You will not EVER need them again! :) LOVE YOU!

  3. You're doing great!! I know how that feels to drop down that much, it's such a boost! I need to get the mentality back and get back into things. I say burn the old jeans, it feels really good to say bye-bye to the past once and for all like that.
