My lady friends and I decided we were going to run/walk the 1oK for the arthritis foundation....HA! You have to actually RUN the 10K...WE DO NOT RUN....YET! Maybe next year, but for today we had a blast walking the 5K. Friends involved were Candie, Julisa, Betsy and Beth. I personally think it was a great challenge for all of us and we loved it. I didn't bring my camera with so I am waiting on pics. from others. This one below was actually posted on the Internet by a photographer.

look how stinkin cute you guys are in your candy cane headbands! so you HAD to run the 10k? yeah, i probably would have gotten kicked out after mile 4 for gimping along the side of the road...
