Long story short! I have had 4 gallons of car oil sitting on the side of my driveway for months now and somebody has not moved them I guess because they look cool, add character to our house! LOL! No its because of pure laziness on both our parts that they are sitting there. Mind you with no curb side appeal. So this morning in my big blue dodge ram WITH a cowboys sticker that makes me extra big(I mean like times 10)....I hit two gallons. Yep, I sure did. I put oil in places my driveway has never seen or been. I also trickled oil down the hill in the grass which is freshly cut thanks to the Mexicans. What a mess! So now crazy Tracy with nervous poops! Husband whom is beside himself cause he married Mrs. Totally Stupid Tracy! Me at work thinking this is not my fault! THE OIL SHOULD HAVE BEEN GONE, MOVED etc! Someone was bound to hit it! I am just glad it was me! Not the poor mower last night that was also getting chewed for property line issues!!!!
It's was not a great start to a good wed. Yet, the husband has responded with sorry and I love you! I will be at home tonight with Oil Dry and my power washer! Trying to get that oh so PERFECT driveway back to normal! Feel free to come by!!

ReplyDeleteAHHHH... that sucks. Well, it could be worse... I backed out of the driveway at my first house and slammed right into the tree. Yep, sure did. And to make matters worse, I was in the hubby's VW. Opps!

ReplyDeleteI drove by your house yesterday, I was looking in neighborhoods for houses to rent. Anyway, I did not see any oil(spilled or unspilled) but I did note the toys in the driveway. I thought your house looked liveable and lively! It was nice to see stuff out, like a family lives there. However, I would be upset with spilled oil that should of been moved a long time ago. This sort of stuff happens at our house many times!
